HOW IT WORKS

ways to start.

First, go to our quote page to start your quote.

Once you've received your quote and you're ready to order. There are two ways to start:

  • If you already know how many items you will need, as well as the sizes, styles, and colors, we require a 50% deposit to begin work.

  • If you don't know how many items you will need, or if you'd like to see your artwork mocked up before you are ready to place your order, we require a non-refundable $60 art deposit. The cool thing is that this will be credited toward your invoice once you place your order.

order time.

We order your garments as soon as you give us your sizes and deposit. We do this to get your garments on the way and here in time. Please know that any changes to your order after submitting your deposit may delay your order, and your order could be subject to restocking fees. The sooner you pay the sooner your order gets done.

proofs.

Send us your art file in VECTOR/PDF format/PS/High-Resolution JPEG, or give us the details and we will do the creating. Either way, our graphic team mocks up your design and emails it to you approximately (3) business days after we've received your deposit. We never proceed with an order until it's approved. Approving an order means you are approving your artwork, as well as the garment style, color, size, and placement.

receiving.

Garments are pulled, weighed, and checked for accuracy at our distributor's warehouse before they're shipped to us. Once they arrive our team checks in all shipments to make sure they match exactly what was ordered.

printing/embroidery/vinyl.

Once artwork is approved for screen printing, we out-put film, make screens, setup and print. For embroidery, we load the file, thread the needles, hoop the garments, and go. Vinyl is uploaded, cut and weeded then masked then we are ready! After artwork is approved for banners, we print out the banner, sow the banner, then place garments and we are ready to hang.

quality control.

We take quality control very seriously and our team brings an extreme attention to detail to the shop every day. They check your order for quality and accuracy to ensure that when you open the box, it's exactly what you are expecting.

ready for pickup.

As soon as your order is check and is ready for pickup, we give you a call or text to let you know your order is ready. If you can't make it here or have arranged for shipping, we ship via UPS. We can also deliver if your in the area. Shipping is not included with your order. But you can let us know if it's something that you need and will get you pricing with your quote.

reorder.

Need to order more? No problem! However, keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity, so your price may go up or down depending on how many you need. Please give us a call for details.
